
Tarek K. Kiem
Tarek Kiem is an Associate at Rappaport Osborne & Rappaport. His practice focuses on debtor and creditor litigation. Mr. Kiem has experience representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and other litigation matters. Additionally, Mr. Kiem has experience representing assignees and assignors in assignment for the benefit of creditor proceedings and receivers in state and federal court matters.
From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Kiem served as the judicial law clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge Raymond B. Ray. This experience gives Mr. Kiem a unique insight into the best way to practice bankruptcy in the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Kiem is also a Florida Certified Public Accountant and was an auditor and tax consultant with Deloitte and Touche. In 2002, Mr. Kiem earned his J.D. from the University of Florida and was awarded merit scholarships from Justice Richard W. Ervin and the Attorney-CPA Foundation.
In 2000, Mr. Kiem earned his Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University and was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi National Honor Accounting Fraternity. Admitted Florida Bar 2003 U.S. District Court, Southern District of FL 2003
